Weekend info

Wildhaven when we visited the property in March

We are so, so excited to welcome you to this weekend celebration! The weekend will be spent glamping at Wildhaven Sonoma in beautiful Healdsburg, California. Here's what that means: real beds and linens provided, electricity, shared bathrooms 30-60 seconds away from the accommodations, and it will probably be loud if you're not up late dancing (but ear plugs will be provided!).

If this isn't your vibe, we will be 10 minutes away from central Healdsburg, where there are plenty of hotel options and rentals. Check out Montage Healdsburg, Appellation Healdsburg, an SLH Hotel (Hilton), The Lodge at Healdsburg (Hilton), Bella Luna Inn, or Hotel Healdsburg.

If you'd like to stay onsite…

We have 47 accommodations (mostly tents), so plenty of room for folks to stay onsite. There is a mix of 1 to several beds in each accomodation. We are so grateful that people are travelling to celebrate with us and also know it's a big ask, so we wanted to lessen the burden by covering half of the onsite accommodation costs. If you're staying onsite, the cost for the weekend will be $275 per person (should be the best deal in town!). That being said, if you want to stay onsite and this isn't in your budget right now, we got you! Let us know, or you can text Jordi or Natalie "papaya" and we will know what you're talking about, no other words necessary! Also, we'll be feeding you all weekend. The full weekend will be Thursday - Sunday. Please arrive whenever it works for you! Instead of dealing with Wildhaven directly, please Venmo Natalie at @Natali-Dunn (yes, there's no "e" for some reason) after you RSVP.

Schedule

We plan to be hanging at the camp all weekend! If you're not staying onsite, you are welcome to spend as much time here as you'd like and to join for all meals, etc. Everything below is optional (except the wedding, please come to that). Come and go as works for you! You will get a detailed itinerary upon arrival.

Packing List

Since we will be glamping, the basics will be provided (linens, towels, etc.). Healdsburg has a historic average of 77 high and 49 low this time of year, so we recommend bringing layers, and something cozy to wear at night. On top of the standard items for a weekend away, here are other things we will be bringing:

We will probably spend much of the weekend in swimsuits! We have private access to the beautiful Russian River and we will also be bringing in a sauna to enjoy for the weekend
There will be yoga classes and nature walks, so if you're interested bring exercise clothes and comfortable shoes
Dressy casual attire for Friday night
Cocktail attire for Saturday night (we will be on grass and sand, so make sure your shoes work for that!)
Sunglasses
Water bottle
Sandals
Jacket
Hat
Travel

The site is a 20 minute drive from the Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa and about a 90 minute drive from San Francisco. If you're flying into the Sonoma County Airport, you can take a rideshare to Wildhaven. You won't need a car when you're here, but there is plenty of parking for the weekend if you're driving up!

RSVP

We're so happy to have a small wedding with people we love, and we hope you can join! Please RSVP by September 1, 2026.

We've addressed your invitations to those invited. If you're not sure, let us know. We will have one child at the wedding, and he's Jordi's little brother.

Sorry, no dogs (a sentence Natalie never would have expected to say). Our dog Maeby will be there, and this is also her big day, so we want her to have all the attention (and a stress-free environment for the weekend).

In case you didn't read the details page :) if you're planning to stay onsite, heads up: the cost for the weekend will be $275 per person (we're covering half of the onsite accommodation costs!). If that's not in your budget right now, we got you! Let us know, or text Jordi or Natalie "papaya" and we'll know what you're talking about, no other words necessary.
